We answer within two working days. For a question about a student's account, write from the email address on the account, or include the student's username, so we can find it.
Billing
Your plan, its renewal date and your card are on the Plan page once you sign in; Manage billing there changes the card or cancels. For a charge you do not recognize, email us with the date and amount.
Your data
To see, correct or delete what GuruShishya keeps about you or your child, email us; the Privacy Policy and the Student Data Principles explain what we keep and why.
Schools and gurus
Run a music school and want your students practicing here? Email us with your school's name and how many students you teach.
